Erica – Experience as Hostess & Model

I have diverse experience as a trade show hostess, promoter, and in customer service. Between approximately 2009 and 2011, I worked at various trade shows, including those in the IT sector and at the IMB trade show. My responsibilities included greeting and assisting visitors and customers, giving product presentations, actively approaching prospective customers, providing information, and directing visitors to the main booth. I gained additional experience through promotional campaigns?including those for exotic fruits and for ?auto motor und sport? at Daimler?as well as through professional customer service at a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Stuttgart. Thanks to my previous work as a runway model, I am also accustomed to maintaining a polished, confident, and professional demeanor. I enjoy working with people, am service-oriented and communicative, and look forward to contributing my experience once again in the trade show and event industry.
