Ines – Experience as Hostess & Model

Unfortunately, I have no experience with trade fairs or promotions. However, I have been working for Deutsche Lufthansa at Munich Airport for ten years and am regularly assigned to the business lounges there. I am therefore very good at dealing with people and recognizing what customers need. I have been working with people for years. In 2015, before I started at Lufthansa, I gained experience working at the hotel reception of Motel One Munich City West. I also worked at the hotel bar when I had late shifts. During the time I spent in Germany after returning from Cape Town (June 2014), I also had several smaller part-time jobs, such as at the San Francisco Coffee Company café chain, which no longer exists. Overall, I have developed a good sense of what guests, passengers, or customers consider important and what good service means.
